Five months ago today, in a hotel room in Nanchang, China, I opened the door to this sight:
There are several events in my life that have, in a sense, divided my life into "before" and "after"... this was the most important one of my life. At last, I was seeing my daughter. At last, holding her. Playing with her. Feeding her. Knowing her. Five months ago, I could only dream of the life I have today. They were sweet dreams, but the reality is so much more. Being Anna Kathryn's mom is my dream come true. What a difference five months makes!

Wow! Has it already been 5 months ~ and has it only been 5 months? Doesn't it seem like it was just yesterday, yet she's been with you always? I love how God chooses our children for us...

It's been five months ALREADY? Congrats... and my, how time flies on the other side of the wait. :)
I agree with Kristi: the time has flown, but I can't really remember what came before. What a blessing we have in our precious girls!
5 I can't believe 5 months, but doesn't it seem like we have always had them??? Do you really remember life without them??
Isn't it great to celebrate every month together? We love counting the months, where does the time go?
